工作职责：

1、Gain hands-on experience in the core operations of key international business departments, including Merchandising, Design, E-commerce, Studio, Commercial, Sales Operations, Planning & Logistics, and Marketing;
2、Support and contribute to specific projects across business modules, such as product planning, product design, e-commerce operations, sales data analysis, logistics coordination, and marketing campaign execution;
3、Under the mentorship of rotation leaders, master the end-to-end international business workflow, commercial models, cross-functional collaboration, and assigned rotation projects;
4、Participate in critical business activities, including data analysis, market research, and operational optimization, to support strategic decision-making;
5、Deliver on key assignments for each rotation and submit comprehensive summary reports;
6、Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team, actively engaging in discussions on business process improvements.

任职资格：

1、With up to 2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are welcome); Master's degree or above from a top-tier global university (graduating in 2024 or 2025); all majors are welcome, with a preference for Business, Management, Marketing, Illustration, Arts, or related fields;
2、Genuine passion and curiosity for the anime, collectible card/trendy toy industry or the international consumer goods business;
3、Exceptional learning agility, strong analytical skills, and the potential to solve complex problems;
4、Excellent communication and coordination skills, a collaborative spirit, and strong cross-cultural adaptability;
5、Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese is required;
6、A proactive, fast-learning, and resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic rotational program.
